Savannah Chrisley is sharing a moving public letter to her unborn baby after revealing she is pregnant with her first child.

“My sweet thumb-sucking baby … you are worth it ALL! You are not a headline. You are not a controversy. You are not defined by anyone’s past, anyone’s mistakes, or anyone else’s opinions,” Savannah, 29, wrote over a Tuesday, October 27, Instagram Story featuring ultrasound footage of her unborn baby.

The reality TV personality, who announced that she was pregnant earlier on Tuesday amid her engagement to a secret boyfriend, continued, “You are innocent, deeply loved, and the greatest blessing God could have ever entrusted your daddy and I with.”

Us has since exclusively confirmed that Jason Galanis, 56, popped the question to her and is the baby’s father. Savannah, who is 27 years younger than Galanis, added in her Instagram Story that no “amount of noise” would “ever overshadow the joy of being your mama.”

Galanis is a businessman and former associate of Hunter Biden who was previously convicted of fraud and spent time in prison before President Donald Trump commuted his sentence in March 2025.

Savannah’s letter concluded, “You are my answered prayer. And I will never apologize for celebrating you.”

The Chrisley Knows Best alum’s baby announcement came as a surprise to fans in the early hours of Tuesday. “I’ve prayed for this life. I’ve cried for this life. And there were moments I truly wondered if this life would ever be mine. 🥹🤍,” she wrote via Instagram alongside a video that documented her pregnancy so far. “And then God sent me J [Galanis].”

She continued at the time, “My protector. My fiercest fighter. My most loyal person. My lover. My safe place. A man with the patience of Job (and Lord knows he needs it 🤣). The one who makes me laugh even on my hardest days.”

Later opening up about Galanis during the Tuesday episode of her “Unlocked” podcast, she explained why she had kept him a secret. “I have learned that in order to protect my own peace that I had to keep things closer to the chest for a little while. That’s just for my own mental health,” she said before noting that she has been engaged for nearly a year and a wedding was pushed from January 2027 to May next year due to Savannah’s pregnancy.

She also discussed how Galanis did not “look” or “act” his age. “His body is great. His mind is even sharper. So I really don’t care, OK?” she said on the podcast. “Like, this person is the love of my life.”
